  Beware, be advised. This is not a true Urgent Care you will be billed through the hospital as an outpatient not as an Urgent Care. If you have no other choice save yourself some money and go to the emergency room. Their service was good but, not worth the extra cost. Their billing is incorrect and they WILL send you two (2) different bills. One for Santee Express Care and One for The Regional Medical Center. So please be advised this is NOT a true Urgent Care Facility.

  Don't go here on holidays, they are swamped. They do tell you how long the wait is going to be when you check in though, so it's a judgement call. People need to be wearing the masks that are provided, not just for yourself, but to protect others as well. Staff is friendly, apologetic for the wait times. Once you're in, they get you out quickly.
